A Vision Platform for Restaurant Operations
A restaurant group with several branches could only see what was happening in the dining room and kitchen by standing there in person.

Our aim wasn't to put a showcase on a screen, but to build a loop the venue uses every day.
The camera recordings existed; but no one had hours to watch footage. Service hiccups were usually noticed only after a complaint came in.
How we solved it
We built an AI-powered vision loop fed by the existing cameras, and the product interface that runs it. It detected service needs such as a raised hand or a late order in real time and sent a notification straight to the waiter's phone.
We designed summary views the operator can read in five minutes each morning to plan the day. We worked with our group company, Koca Ventures, on developing the vision models.

Result
Today the venue can follow the flow of the day without watching footage; the points that slip show up on screen before they turn into complaints.
This project is a good example for us: the loop doesn't just run in the background, it becomes a part of operations used every day.
