When you need more than a website, we build a notification layer that reaches your users at the right moment through the right channel: an in-app notification center alongside email, SMS, push and chat, all managed from one API and one flow. We pass the user's message from these channels to the agent, then send the agent's reply back to the same channel — a two-way communication layer, beyond one-way notifications. It's built with the same discipline as our always-on AI agent services.
