A QR Ordering Experience

At peak hours, orders piled up on the staff: tables asking for a menu, asking questions, waiting for the bill.

Without making it look complicated, we focused on building a flow that works at the table, one-handed and without an app.

The Tigglo TeamDesign and development

The printed menu was reprinted with every price change, and mistakes were only fixed by a new print run.

How we solved it

We designed an ordering flow that opens from the QR code on the table and requires no app download. Our brief was clear from the start: one-handed use, a fast load even on a weak signal, and clean Turkish typesetting.

We connected the menu to an admin panel the venue can update on its own; a custom ML loop running the ordering flow factored in weather, time of day and stock to alert the waiter and the kitchen.

Loops we built

On this project we built not just a site, but agent loops that run the work.

    Custom ML Ordering Loop

Factored in weather, time of day and stock to drive the QR ordering flow; alerted the waiter and the kitchen.

Client identity and implementation details are confidential; only the loop types built are shared here.

Result

Guests now order without waiting for a waiter; the kitchen receives orders in an orderly, legible form.

Price changes go live instantly from the panel, without going to print.

On this project we applied UI/UX design.
